Introducing Contest #3:: Sonic Club Free-For-All Contest!
omgwtfbbq you say?! omgwtfbbq is RIGHT! I've decided that heck, WHY the theme stuff? Screw the themes! Do whatever the heck you feel your heart desires! Photoshop paper drawing pencil flash sculpture fiction, ANYTHING you can upload to dA that's Sonic related will be acceptable! Unless it's like.... porn. Then it doesn't count. I wanna see you guys stretch your creativity, what exactly are you capable of? What do you dig? Romance, action, old age, new age ab-so-lout-ly anything. Any character, any scene.

For this contest (to give the artists with fewer years of practice under their belt a chance) we will be splitting these entries into two categories. The younger category will be artist's 15 years old and under and the older category will be 16 and over. I've named these categories.. uuuh... "Hey little guy" and "Hey big guy" with lack of any other ideas. There will be a top 5 ring prizes for each category! So when you give us your entry PLEASE specify your age as well.

            ::Suggestions for entries
Okay, so I gave you all this freedom and now you have NO idea what to do. Well here's some suggestions, anything can be fan or official, characters, stages, anything. If you don't know what the heck to do with all this running space, try doing your favorite character in your favorite stage doing your favorite move, or something like that. Do whatever you feel like as long as it's Sonic related

            :: How to enter
1. Make an entry (duh )
2. Upload it to your personal deviantART account.
3. Use keywords like "Sonic Club Free-For-All Contest" so people can do searches and find them
4. Specify your age in the comment on this deviation or your entry's description.
5. Drop a comment on this image with a link to you entry

We will be storing links to the entries in a devjournal with the Deviant name, title, and link to the image just like last time. If the devpacks magically come back sometime during the contest (which I doubt) we'll make one especially for the contest so that they'll be easier to browse and keep track of.

            :: Rules
1. You MUST be a Sonic Club member to participate; if you're not, and you'd like to be, simply drop a note to the club account requesting to join and we'll add you in as soon as possible.
2. Your entry must be Sonic related (may be fancharacters as well)
3. All material in your image must be original by you.
4. Your entry must be made specifically FOR this contest o_o sorry guys but if I don't make that a rule then we'd be overrun by entries.
5. Entries must be cast in by December 11
6. YOU MUST FOLLOW ALL THESE RULES
7. Do your best and have fun!

            :: Judging
Judging will be organized in a vote, each club member is allowed two votes for each category, but they may not vote on their own entry. A note will be sent out December 11 announcing that we will begin collecting votes, any votes cast in before December 11 or after December 20 will not be counted. Winners will be announced the same day.

            :: Prizes
Rings will be awarded for entering, and even more for the people who win. Soon after this contest closes we are gonna make great use of these rings, so get your hands on them while you can so you can participate in the future activity planned! :: View the current ring holders here

1^st Place: 75 rings
2^nd Place: 50 rings
3^rd Place: 40 rings
4^th Place: 30 rings
5^th Place: 25 rings

But EVERYONE WHO ENTERS Will get 5 rings no matter what, besides the first 5 places (in other words the first place winners will get 75 and not 80)

      Can I make two entries?
No, we'd like each deviant to only make or participate in one entry.
      Can my entry be an oekaki?
You may use -whatever- means of rendering your entry, anything is game.
      Why can't I use other people's material?
Because it's ILLEGAL foo.
      Can our entry be pixel sprites?
As long as it's 100% your own original work, then absolutly. No edited sprites please.
